What is Microsoft 365?

How many users does Microsoft 365 support?
Business plans support 1 to 300 users. Enterprise plans support 1 to 50,000+ users.
Can I switch to another Microsoft 365 plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your account to a different plan. For example, you can move from a Business plan to an Enterprise plan.
What are the incoming POP, IMAP and outgoing SMTP addresses?
IMAP: outlook.office365.com, port 993. POP: outlook.office365.com, port 995. SMTP: smtp.office365.com, port 587.
How many devices can I install Office on?
Business and Apps for Enterprise subscribers can install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones. Hybrid Windows devices such as the Microsoft Surface Pro count as either a PC or a tablet.
Can I route mail between Microsoft 365 and our own servers?
Yes. Share your current mail server details with our support team and they will configure routing accordingly.
