QualiSpace provides refunds in any of the following circumstances:
1. Double payments:
When the Customer has paid us more than once for the same invoice we refund the excess amount received from Customer.
2. Improper Domain Registration:
We initiate refund, where the Customer has made Payment for registering a specific domain name but such specific domain name could not be registered:
A. due to unavailability of the domain name;
B. due to trademark protection;
C. due to the domain name being a premium domain name and the customer does not wish to pay premium price.
3. Cancellation of Service and/or Domain Name:
Where the Customer has paid Qualispace for renewing a service or domain name but wants to cancel such service or domain renewal in such cases, refunds are possible only if the service or domain renewal has not taken place yet. However, for Hosting and Cloud services full or partial refund is possible depending on the facts and circumstances of each case.
4. Discontinuation of a Service/Product:
If we discontinue the use or existence of any product/service offered by us (whether directly or indirectly), in such cases we usually offer an alternative solution to continue the use of product or service to the Customer or refund of the balance amount calculated on pro-rata basis, depending on extent of use of the product or service by the Customer.
In all the above situations, where full refund is applicable, we refund the entire amount including GST (Goods and Services Tax) within few days from receipt of payment from Customer. Where partial refund is applicable, such partial amount is refunded to the Customer but applicable GST on full amount is not refunded, as per applicable law.
This refund policy may change from time to time. Since the facts, situations and circumstances regarding refund, type of service, use of product, etc. differ from one Customer to other, the power to decide refunds to Customers will entirely be at the discretion of Qualispace and any decision taken by Qualispace in this regard will be final.
